Chances are you never memorized their number because our phones store them for us. Losing their number will help cope because you are not talking to them and letting them be rude to you. Not speaking with them will help you start forgetting about them.

TIP # 3: Stop reliving the story of the breakup

Think about how many times you have told the story about the breakup and how bad you miss them. When bringing it up, it just puts those sad feelings in your head even more.Try to refrain from talking about it so much.

TIP # 4: Cope with the Pain Carefully

Yes, it is great to accept responsibility, if it was somewhat your fault, but do not put all the blame on yourself. It will eat at you forever and you will never get over the breakup. To cope with the breakup the right way, you must accept that it happened and there is nothing you can do about it. The best thing to do is take responsibility and move on.

TIP # 5: Surround yourself with Friends

One main reason for having friends, is for times like these. When having to cope with a breakup, your friends will always make you feel better. They are the ones that tell you that he or she isn\’t worth it. So surround yourself with your closest friends and it will be a lot easier to cope with.

When dealing with a breakup, you want to steer clear of that person as much as you can. Coping with the breakup will only get harder if they are around all the time. Always remember that everybody goes through these types of things and it will more than likely happen again. You just have to keep telling yourself that you can do this. If all else fails, therapy is a great way to deal and cope with things like a bad breakup. Stay positive and be with your loved ones as much as you can.
