Memories of Loss Loves/ How Not to Forget

How do you keep all the memories of a loved one that passed away recently or even many years ago? At least at one point of our lives, we have all lost someone very closed to us, such as a parent, grandparent or even as horrible as it may sound, a child. What can you do to remember every single thing about them?

The life of a loved one that has been taken from us after years of having spent time together is so unbelievably hard to learn to live without. You have shared so many special moments of happiness and even sad times that are still embedded in your mind and when that special someone is gone it seems to trigger all those memories you made together. Special occasions are easily forgotten even though they are planned for a special reason. birthday\’s, anniversary, Christmas parties etc. they are very special at the time, but as we move on with our busy schedules, we tend to put them behind us and we forget some of the most priceless moments we promised ourselves we would never do.

There are ways to keep our memories close to us, but do we really take the time to gather the photo\’s taken back then and stick them in a book or even keep them in the envelope they came in when picking them up from the photo lab? and do we even know where some of them are when deciding we are finally going to get to it?

Memories of lost loved no matter who they are can be put together in many way\’s so that you can look back and remember some of the special moments you may have let slip your mind. You can put together photo albums, make a collage and put it in a frame on your wall, but in doing that, does it really bring back all the memories you have of this person in every way you want it to. Did your friend have a favorite song or a favorite photo they would love to share with their family and friends, is there something you could do to create a moment they would have wanted to share with everyone they loved? If you think about it, that just might be the comfort you have been looking for to rest easy and know in your heart you have done something for yourself and for them to find some kind of peace of mind.

I have seen the most beautiful videos that are being shown at funeral today, they are so breathtaking and can bring back a lot of memories to everyone attending the service.

If we have someone close to us pass away we usually know their favorite song\’s and the pictures of themselves they didn\’t mind showing off on occasion. Imagine that put into a beautiful setting to remember someone by.

And the fact that it can be shared on that day with friends and family can bring back some very special times not only you may have had with your loved one, but maybe someone at service can remember back on a special moment they have shared too.

If you have a chance to keep someone\’s memory close to your heart, why would you not want to do so?
