Poznan is a historical city and has a rich history behind it. There are many important attractions in Poznan like the Pobiedziska Miniature Open Air Museum that displays the miniature models of historic structures like town halls, churches, palaces, and strongholds from the region of Wielkopolska.
The Lednica Landscape Park that was established here to protect the area around Lake Lednica is considered to be the cradle of the Polish State. The Park consists of the five islets on Lake Lednica and the surrounding areas. There are many other important attractions like the Wielkopolski Ethnographic Park, Wielkopolski National Park, Promno Landscape Park, The Rogalin Landscape Park, etc. Thus the Poznan offers a lot to its visitors and the time they spend in this town will remain in their memory for a long time to come.
