With the help of these, they would be able to identify which ones are the interested customers and which are faking interest. A positive view point about these techniques is that they not only help sales persons to be able differentiate amongst different customers’ intentions, but they also boost confidence in themselves, particularly about their abilities to make profitable sales. The repetition of such experiences will make them like their job, in turn; they would be able to bring a lot more business to their organization.
