After this is done, another date is set for the completion of the payment.
When that second date arrives, the buyer is expected to pay the remaining balance. Once the full payment has been received, the seller shall hand the keys of the property to the new owner and the buyer solicitor hands the documents to the buyer’s bank so it could be registered under his name. He also shall pay stamp duties whenever necessary, and finally, he should register the property to the title office, and make sure that it is now under the name of the new owner.
