Yes, many people are still smoking. This is one of the few things,where we all know it is totally bad for our health, but still we do it.Smoking is associated with most of the lung cancer and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).Many of the heart diseases, stroke, high blood pressure are all linked to smoking. Even passive smoking can affect the people who are in the same room as you or close to you.
So smoking is really very bad. It can affect our health and pollute the environment.

So you don’t have to reduce your lifetime by yourself.You can live longer and enjoy your life. You can be more healthy and spend more time with your family and your loved ones. Why should we voluntarily reduce our health and reduce the number of days we live?
Think about it.You go to a shop or convenience store, pull out your money and ask for something that can kill you earlier. It looks ridiculous and insensible but so many people are doing this? Next time you go to a store, give some money and ask for a pack of cigarette, remember and tell yourself that you are asking for early death!
Many people start smoking as a teenager, without knowing what it is and suffer the rest of their life without knowing how to get out of it. Smoking is more prevalent among lower socio-economic group and so it is not a question of prestige or richness either. (3) Eat more fruits.You can like to bite a few grapes when you feel like smoking.
(4) Even chewing gum which is not that healthy can be tried,because it is better than smoking.If you can keep it up for more than 21 days,you will probably become a professional non smoker.
(5) Physical exercise according to your level of tolerance and age should be implemented.
