There are over 600 types of bacteria that are present in the mouth, many of which contribute to the foul smell of breath. Halitosis can originate in many parts of the mouth, but the most common location is the tongue.

Others brush their tongue with their toothbrush. This is a little bit more effective than the other methods, but it still is Viagra Jelly not the best. A toothbrush usually catches bacteria and spreads it to other places on the tongue without you realizing it.

The best way to clean your tongue and cure bad breath is by using a tongue scraper. These appear to be like toothbrushes but are scraped along the surface of the tongue, collecting Kamagra and removing the bacteria colonies.

This is probably the best way to find the root of your bad breath problem. Doing this gets rid of the bacteria that made you smelly and will prevent future bad breath until new bacteria originates in your mouth again.

Ask someone else if you have bad breath! Sometimes all it takes is a trusted friend or family member to take a whiff and be honest with you.

If you don’t feel comfortable doing that, there is a more private way. You can take a plastic spoon and scrape the back of your tongue with it.
