George Lopez Tickets – George Lopez Welcomes Conan O’Brien to TBS

Despite reports that suggest some competition between the pair of late night television host, comedian George Lopez welcomed Conan O’Brien to his network home at TBS on April 19, reports the Los Angeles Times. Saying he is “completely, 100% on board” with his brand-new 11:00 p.m. lead-in, Lopez told his audience, “I talked to Conan on Wednesday and I talked to him last night, Levitra Professional and I said, ‘I welcome you into my deep loving embrace.’ Then I said, ‘Let’s take the party and make it bigger and take it to the next generation of late-night TV.’…Everybody’s heard of ‘I’m with Coco,’ but now everybody can ‘Go LoCo.'”

George Lopez’s April 19 guest, comedian Chris Rock, who was on the show promoting his new film Death at a Funeral, joked with Lopez about being bumped to midnight. “So you’re gonna move for the white man, huh? I hope he appreciates this.” Lopez replied, “I think the white man does appreciate it very much.” The banter continued with Rock asking, “You don’t gotta clean a park or nothing, right?” and Lopez answering in his signature comedic style, “No and I get to go to work an hour later. That’s a Latino dream come true.”

Lopez recently used his comedic skills to skewer the American Idol judges on Idol Gives back on April 21. Lopez lampooned judge Randy Jackson for his over-use of the term “dog” and tendency to call contestant’s “too pitchy,” made fun of his own inability to performance judge Kara DioGuardi’s name (referring to her as “Carla Delagurado” throughout his comedy bit), poked fun at Ellen for dancing too much on her town talk show and asked the judge everyone loves to hate, Simon Cowell, “Saline or silicone?” Although Lopez declared that each American Idol judge was “safe” at the end of his routine, he did tell Cowell, “America has voted, and you have to go back to England.” American Idol host Ryan Seacrest did dish it back to Lopez, introducing him as “Erik Estrada.” Ouch!

Although fans of George Lopez and his satirizing of the Mexican-American experience can get their fill of his comedy by watching Lopez Tonight on TBS, George Lopez tickets to see him deliver his stand-up routine live are available online. This May, George Lopez has dates lined up in New York, N.Y.; Fresno, Calif.; Grand Prairie, Texas and more, so get your tickets soon! Lopez draws on his childhood growing up in poverty, offers hilarious commentary of the Latino community and makes side-splitting remarks on everyday experiences in his routine and you won’t want to miss the show.

All jokes aside, George Lopez has shown himself to be a true friend Brand Viagra by coming to the aid of actress Sandra Bullock, who is in midst of a media storm over her husband’s recent alleged affair. Bullock is actually credited with discovering Lopez as a stand-up comic in 2000, according to Parade Magazine. The actress was so smitten with his routine that she helped him get a foot in the door in Hollywood and eventually served as executive producer on his hit eponymous sitcom. Lopez was spotted at Bullock’s home recently and told E!’s Daily 10 on April 22, “She’s may fairy godmother. She knows how much I care about her. And, you know, when times are tough, friends step up. She’s a beautiful person, and when she needs friends, of course I’m going to be there.”
