Kidney: The seller took his life into his hands by selling the item over the internet. They promised to pay all medical transplant fees, but they only promised one, since they still needed the other one.

The bids climbed up to more than $5.7 million, but EBay was quick to shut this transaction down. Because of organ donor laws, they had to put the kibosh on this sale.

The meaning of life: One seller claimed to have figured out the meaning of life and would promptly tell the highest bidder the big secret! Someone must have been searching because they bought it for over $3.

Dirt: Not just any kind of dirt, though. The person promised 1 pound of authentic Arkansas dirt from the Civil War era! Who knows if this was legitimate or not!
