5. Stay away from the sodas and high sugar drinks.

Low fat or calorie free colas and fruit drinks may sound healthy, but they are not. They can have an extremely high amount of sugar and it is best to stay way from them if at all possible. Instead drink plenty of water and if you get bored with it, add low-calorie flavors to it.
