People who frequently join trade shows or rent space to sell their products at the large malls will have experienced having to put up with the mediocre stalls that some trade fair managements or malls are ready to provide for participants and tenants at a fee. The experience usually opens the eyes to look for better places to rent display booths. Most people just go directly to stores which specialize in this thing. They have a greater variety of better looking equipment to rent in those establishments. However, not many are aware that under some conditions, purchasing your own portable display has its advantages.

Trade displays, even portable ones, used to be constructed in such a way as to make transporting them from place to place, even after dismantling them, hard. They would never fit into an ordinary car and might even require a sizable van to transport. Truss portable displays are easily carried in a long van. They may be transported inside the van or tied to the top. That is not generally considered safe to do because of the constant possibility that the container should fall off the van and cause traffic accidents. Additionally, the trusses themselves may be damaged by that kind of mishap.

Owning a truss portable display can be a good investment. This is true especially if you buy the type that can be adjusted. This feature may encourage friends to rent the equipment from you when they need to.

At the start, you will have to spend more by buying instead of renting the truss portable booth. Your savings will only be evident after you have stopped renting displays for some time.

The companies which sell portable booths may also customize for you. Within the weight limit at which it will no longer be portable, they can adjust the carrying capacity of the display so that you can place heavier items on its shelves.
