One of important strengths of this tool is that you do not have to have a programming background to effectively use it. The software itself includes several prebuilt templates that are provided for several categories that a non-technical person could grab and change for her own use. The more technically proficient on the other hand could totally create this item from scratch and customize it however they want.

This allows you to set up a practice environment where you can learn your skills and make mistakes without causing problems with the main program. Combine that and some training material and you can get up to speed fairly quickly on this tool in this Microsoft suite.
