NASCAR Tickets – Danica Patrick Returns to NASCAR’s Nationwide Series

The IndyCar crowd at Carb Day before the Indianapolis 500 in May booed Danica Patrick after she blamed her team for her subpar driving in recent IRL races, signaling maybe she is better suited for that NASCAR cameo, after all. Patrick has been struggling in both IRL and NASCAR circuits in 2010, continuing to garner more and more animosity from IRL fans in the process. Perhaps Kamagra Gold now that she’s taken a couple months off from NASCAR, though, her return to the Nationwide Series will be triumphant, after all.

Patrick will resume her post in the No. 7 stock car for Nationwide’s JR Motorsports team at the end of June at the Loudon race on June 26, when she rejoins the NASCAR circuit after a four-month hiatus. The second part of the summer will feature Patrick driving in both Nationwide and IndyCar races as she doubles up for the rest of racing season during her first year as a switch hitter.

Patrick got off to a disappointing start during her first shot at NASCAR’s Nationwide Series earlier this year, debuting at Daytona only to get caught in a collision mid-race. She fared only slightly better the next weekend at Fontana, finishing Cialis Professional the race though bringing up the rear at No. 31. In her final Nationwide race so far this season at Las Vegas, Patrick again went out with a bang, crashing her No. 7 car – this time into the back of Michael McDowell (McDowell later took the blame for the incident).

Even though she’s been running IndyCar races over the last couple months and can start afresh with NASCAR at Loudon, Patrick still has plenty of pressure to perform in the stock car circuit. The young female racing star has been taking sharp criticism lately for her foray into NASCAR (is she seasoned enough in the IRL for a crossover? What about that temper? Is she even a worthy competitor?), but she will have another shot at silencing doubters starting at the end of July, when she jumps back into Nationwide.

While still driving her full IndyCar schedule, Danica Patrick is also selling plenty of NASCAR tickets to races this year, as well. The determined young driver is one of the top names in the racing industry and is becoming a huge media draw wherever she goes, and her stunning good looks and firecracker personality have only helped to make her one of the biggest stars in racing.

Patrick is still learning the ropes when it comes to NASCAR, and she is taking things one day at a time when it comes to stock car racing. Talking about her first disappointing foray into the Nationwide Series, she told Sports Illustrated, “I’m a competitor, and I’m used to running up front. It’s shocking when you get that far back. But you know what? This is a whole new ball of wax for me, and it’s all different, and I have to disconnect from the result for quite some time I think, because they’re probably not going to be what I’m used to.”

The rest of Patrick’s schedule has the following NASCAR races already penciled into the Nationwide Series: Loudon (6/26), Chicago (7/9), Michigan (8/14), Dover (9/25), Fontana (10/9), Charlotte (10/15), Gateway (10/23), Texas (11/6) and Homestead (11/20).
