NBA Tickets – Ranking the Top Free Agents

Everyone knows that LeBron James is the number one free agent, though he has plenty of talented company that could help turn around a franchise. Let’s take a look at the top free agents to be available once the free agency period begins in July.

5. Carlos Boozer, power forward. The free agency class really is James/Wade and then everybody else. Boozer won’t be the first option for many teams during free agency but he is still a very good second option for a team. More so than Amar’e Stoudemire, Boozer consistently rebounds his position and is very good on the pick-and-pop, making him a very difficult cover. Boozer would be a great fit on a team that already has a strong scoring option and he also has plenty of postseason experience at this point as well.

4. Dirk Nowitzki, power forward. Dirk is always ready to shoot, making him the epitome of the nightmare matchup in the NBA. With his ability to hit jump shots anywhere on the floor basically whenever he wants and regardless of who’s guarding him, Dirk is still a superstar offensive player. He can also put the ball on the floor and finish with either hand, even if he looks unbelievably awkward in the process. In addition to his offense, Dirk rebounds his position well and has gotten more physical over the years, making him a very appealing free agent.

3. Chris Bosh, power forward. Bosh hasn’t been much in the limelight yet because he’s played in Toronto his entire career, but this is likely to change quickly. With his ability to score either facing the basket or posting up, Bosh has one of the most diverse offensive games in the entire league. Having a highly skilled big man to go along with a top perimeter player is a very good way to rise to the top of a conference and challenge for a title or Kamagra Soft two, which the Lakers are showing right now with Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant. If Bosh finds the right team, he could turn a franchise into a winner in a hurry.

2. Dwyane Wade, shooting guard. Wade has been the biggest star in South Beach for quite a while and has already delivered the title that LeBron covets. After some knee problems a couple seasons back, Wade has returned to be as dominant as ever the last couple seasons on the offensive end, even with a lack of role players to help him. He needs a legitimate post player to provide better spacing and give him another option that can score the basketball, but Wade remains one of the premier superstars in the league. Wade is so valuable in Miami that they recently changed Miami-Dade County to Miami-Wade County. Seriously.

1. LeBron James, small forward. The golden child of the NBA, LeBron continues to do and say all the right things, both on and off the court. He’s a general manager’s dream: a hardworking, relatively modest, unselfish, unfathomably talented player in the prime of his career. LeBron can score as well as anyone in the league and his shooting continues to improve from year to year, though it’s his passing ability that truly makes him unique. Most importantly to team presidents and general managers, though, he represents an instant revenue stream and a virtual assurance that his team will be one of the best in the conference. You simply can’t go wrong with King James.

Consolation prizes:
Amar’e Stoudemire, power forward. Most will have power forward Amar’e Stoudemire on the top five of this year’s draft class, likely replacing Carlos Boozer. Certainly Stoudemire’s talent would dictate that he’s a top-tier player in this league. The problem, though, is that Stoudemire tends to disappear on the glass at times and has never rebounded anywhere near as well as he should for a player with his natural abilities. Stoudemire also benefitted greatly from having Steve Nash as his point guard so far in his career, which may have inflated his offensive stats. Still, Stoudemire is an No prescription cialis explosive player who will sell plenty of jerseys and undoubtedly make a team better.

Joe Johnson, shooting guard. The nice thing about Joe Johnson is that it’s difficult to doubt his role on a team. Though Johnson is capable of lighting up the scoreboard, he works much better as a second or possibly even third scoring option. If he gets hot, he can carry a team for stretches, which will also help to sell plenty of NBA tickets. Though he may not have the upside as some of the other free agents available, he also is the perfect complimentary player in many regards, which is something every team needs to have a legit chance at challenging for a title.
