Paleolithic Diet For The Modern Times

A Paleolithic diet can be described as “A Caveman’s Diet”, which suggests that you eat the same foods that were eaten by the cavemen. Hence, this diet consists mainly of certain varieties of vegetables, fruits, meat, berries and nuts. This diet supports the tenet that most medical problems like heart diseases, cancer, arthritis and other such conditions are caused by the high consumption of processed Kamagra foods. It advocates eating foods that do not need to be cooked and are consumed in the way that foods were eaten before fire was invented. When you follow the diet, it is not necessary to eat the foods when they are uncooked, but you should eat only those foods that can be eaten when they are raw. A person on the Paleolithic nutrition diet can eat three vegetables and three fruits and some meat in one meal. Cavemen did not have the variety of fruits and vegetables that are available nowadays. They had hardly one of two types of fruits & vegetables, which depended a lot on the season and the climate that they lived in. The Paleolithic diet food list comprises mainly of meats (that include seafood) as well as eggs. The animals that we get meat and eggs from are usually fed a natural and organic diet. Meats should be free of artificial flavoring and preservatives of any sort. Since the vegetables that are a part of this diet are those that can be eaten in the raw form, potatoes and green beans are not included. Most types of fruits can be included in this diet too. However, fruits that are high in sugar should be avoided. Given below is an example of Paleolithic diet recipes:
