U.S. Open Golf Tickets – Phil Mickelson Wins Masters, Gains Momentum

Going into the Masters tournament, Phil Mickelson wasn’t the focus of attention. Not even close. Instead, all eyes were obediently trained on the oft-covered Tiger Woods, told to focus on him because of his cringe-worthy antics that landed him on nearly every entertainment news site (and hard news site, for that matter) in the world.

For those who have lived under a rock for the past several months, here’s a recap: Woods had a car accident outside of his home in the middle of the night in November 2009. Following the accident, reports of multiple extra-marital affairs with less-than-chaste women surfaced, causing him to take a leave from golf and enter sex rehab. He eventually graduated from in-patient treatment and decided to return to golf at the 2010 Masters.

From the very beginning of the Masters tournament, Woods’ every move was followed. In the fray of media attention, Mickelson quietly showed why he is also a star, and ended up with the Green Jacket. He finished 16 under par with a total score of 272. He was followed by Lee Westwood in second (13 under) and Anthony Kim in third (12 under). Woods finished tied for fourth with K.J. Choi at 11 under. Mickelson also showed Kamagra Soft his consistency, with score of 67, 71, 67 and 67 over the four rounds of play.

Mickelson may have set himself apart from the other in terms of golf talent, but his personal life showed an even bigger gap between his personal life and that of Woods’. Pictures were splashed across the news of Mickelson embracing his wife Amy. Mickelson also took an indefinite leave from golf in 2009, but his was because he wanted to spend time with Amy, who was in treatment for breast cancer. She hadn’t been healthy enough to attend events earlier in the year, but she was on hand as her husband made an impressive grab at the top spot.

Phil Mickelson will No prescription cialis need his momentum from the Masters to propel him to the top at the U.S. Open. Mickelson has yet to win the U.S. Open. He came quite close during last year’s tournament, finishing in a three-way tie for second with David Duval and Ricky Barnes at two under par. Lucas Glover won with a score of four under par. Woods will also be looking for another win. He has done well at the U.S. Open in the past, winning in 2000, 2002 and 2008. Woods finished tied for sixth at even par last year.
