The ideal option would be attending some gym on a regular basis. One of the main reasons as to why this option is not as popular as it should be is because many people feel that going to the gym is more a chore than something they enjoy.

Opting for a sport that one enjoys is seen as a much better option as one can usually find some form of excitement and enjoyment in such an activity. If you do decide to choose this option, it is important that you make sure that you opt for a sport that you can easily play on a regular basis.
