How to Encourage Hair Growth With Packs

Hair care is an important part of your daily grooming habits. But if you want to give your hair the best treatment to ensure that you keep it healthy and luscious as it grows, you can actually get the benefits from homemade hair packs. You don’t have to spend loads of cash on expensive salon treatments when you can simply whip up something healthier yourself.

If you want something to strengthen your locks, you can peel two bananas and puree them. You then add 3 drops of lavender essential oil, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Apply this to your hair and leave it one for 30 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.

Since moisture is also an important component in strengthening the hair and making it shine, you can also make milk and honey hydrating mask. You just have to mix a teaspoon of honey into a glass of raw whole milk. Massage this mixture gently on your hair from root to tip and leave it on for 25 minutes. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water afterwards.

Another moisturizing mask is a mixture of avocado and mayo. This helps in repairing dry and damaged hair. Just mash avocado pulp with full fat mayonnaise in a 1:2 ratio. Apply this through your hair making sure that you pay close attention to your roots and tips. Leave it on for twenty minutes before rinsing.

Hair also need ample amount of nutrients to keep it strong, smooth and beautiful. You can whip up a banana-almond nutrient pack to feed your hair. Just mash one ripe banana and add 8 drops of almond oil. Mix this well and massage it gently to your scalp and hair. Leave it for 25 minutes and then rinse with apple cider vinegar or flat beer. This gives it the right acidic wash which is actually good for the hair.

Another hair pack that you can prepare to help you have long and lustrous hair are ground henna leaves, curry leaves, hibiscus leaves and fenugreek seeds. Then add on a few teaspoon of curd to finish your hair pack. Apply this on your hair and even massage it on your scalp. Leave the mixture for 40-45 minutes and then rinse with warm water that and cleanse it with a mild shampoo. The result can leave you with strong and shiny hair.
