Having a fear of something doesn’t make things fun. Regardless of what the fear is, whether it is heights, flying, snakes or open spaces you can find yourself paralyzed by anxiety and stress. It can turn a normal healthy functioning person into a bundle of nerves who can’t put two words together. It is ok to have a fear of something but what you need to do is to control it as opposed to the other way around where it controls you.
