Stopping Your Forehead from Sweating Excessively

Exercising is obviously really important. We all need to do it to stay healthy and help our bodies look better.

It doesn’t matter whether you run or walk outside, use gym fitness equipment such as a treadmill or elliptical, or play a sport like basketball or football. Each one will give you the motion that your body craves.

But however much exercise can help you, there is still some annoying side-effects that come along with it. One of the most annoying ones is sweating.

You might’ve seen that guy on the treadmill next to you that looks like he has a multi-colored shirt on it. I hate to break it to you, but that’s sweat!

Sweat can attack our underarms, chests, or our palms. But no sweaty place on the body could be more annoying than the forehead.

It wouldn’t really matter that much, except that the forehead is right above your eyes. The sweat only has to travel a couple inches down your face to get into your eyes and burn them.

This is why you constantly have to wipe the sweat off with your shirt or a towel. If you excessively perspire from your face, you could end up wiping your face a hundred times in one hour, which can get really tiresome.

There are solutions to the problem, such as a headband that you place on your forehead. But many people think that these look corny unless you are LeBron James or some other NBA superstar heading in for a slam dunk.

Are there other solutions to the sweaty forehead problem? Yes, and here are some of them that you can try right away so you don’t have to get a windshield wiper for your face:

To start out, you can eliminate a couple things from your face that happen to be catalysts for excessive sweating. One of them is hair on the forehead.

If you have too much hair in this part of your face, it can make it much easier for sweat to roll down your face and into your eyes. If you want to help the problem, you can cut your hair shorter or make sure that your hair is not hanging off your forehead.

Another thing that you can try to eliminate is makeup, if you are a woman trying to find a solution. You might not be able to forego makeup altogether, but at least cutting down can help with the problem.

Excessive makeup can contribute to sweating and can add to the annoyance. These are some of the things that you can eliminate right off the bat.

Another thing that you can do is to wash your face every night before you go to bed, and every morning when you wake up. This will ensure that your face is clean and fresh, which can help cut down with the annoyance.

If these things don’t help and the annoyance still arises, there are some more drastic things that you can do to try to solve it. First, you can try to buy an antiperspirant and apply it to your forehead.

This may seem a little strange at first, but it can help if you try it. You can try to buy a normal brand of antiperspirant and use it.

If that doesn’t work, you can visit a doctor and they will be able to give you a prescription antiperspirant, which will be much stronger. Apply it and see if it works.

If you still have the problem and it becomes much too serious, there are some other procedures that you can try. For those who can’t seem to stop the sweating, they can try a Botox procedure.

Botox has been known to help with hyperhidrosis, which is extreme excessive sweating. Keep in mind that it is painful and costly, so you should only do it if you have tried every other avenue of possibility.

As you can see, there are many different ways that you can try to solve the annoyance. Some are minor, while others are more serious and are a bit more difficult.

Whichever you choose, it is hoped that you find a solution that works for you. You won’t have to keep wiping your Brand Viagra face every five seconds anymore!
