If I asked you to something great and terrible you would do it. For example if I give you a list of ingredients to make a shake that tastes like chalky saw dust, you would drink! Every morning! You’ve probably already tried that.

Namen is a good example, because he decided to heed the simple instructions and was healed. Be a Namen, and follow these simple instructions.

Remember, those summer abs are only x Ab Steps away. You will reach them in half or quarter time as you flex your abs. So go on flex them.
