Things have changes dramatically in the last 10 years. Technology, a recession, and a global market have all had a major impact on the way businesses do business. Getting ahead of your market and industry will keep you focused on future opportunities.

What’s new in your field? What are the latest industry trends? Have you attended an industry conference? Do you subscribe to trade journals that focus on your market? Knowing where your industry and market is going is the best way to understand what you need to do stay cutting edge, relevant and ahead of the curve.

Opportunity can come in all forms: A conversation with a friend. A meeting with someone at a networking event. A request from your boss. A promotion opportunity within your organization. A lead on the perfect position at another organization. Are you ready?
