To exercise or not to exercise is not the question. More importantly, where?

For years exercise enthusiasts have debated the topic of the most effective place to work out. While a gym membership entails having all the equipment you’ll ever need, working out at home has become a more enticing option to even the most stalwart of gym-goers.

The truth is that it really depends on individual preferences. If doing push-ups and leg lifts in public sounds appealing, drive to the gym every day; if not, however, the privacy of your own home will be a better fit.

First of all, there is the aspect of actually going to the gym. Are you committed to commute every day just to work out?
